1. After adopting the animal, please bring it to the vet for medical screening. It helps to ensure what is the medical problem is as per stated in agreement. If the medical problem is not stated, please pay for the bill yourself as it's your responsibility already - It's like marriage, You get the pet because You agree to love, concern and care for it (You don't divorce with your other half just because they are sick. Don't You?). I know it's different, but it still starts with the word "Love"
2. Please kindly take 1 or 2-days off to observe the pet. It helps on the long run as You will be able to judge what problem might surface if You don't do this and that.
3. Groom Your pet/s! That's the minimum welfare other than providing them with food and water. DO NOT take this away.
4. DO NOT cage them. Minimum, please let them out for a walk of 30-mins and confine them within a restricted area while You are away. They need to walk. Caging is fine for the first few days as it might helps to You to observe their behavior and medical condition.
5. Micro-chip, license and sterilize them ASAP. Microchip enhance the effect of tracing in the event of lost and it makes Your licensing expenses much lower. Sterilize them as unethical to breed irresponsibly.
